Mark Spencer, CPA Principal After six years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mark uses his public accounting background to serve the business and tax issues of his small and medium-sized business clients.  Mark focuses on contractor, service and restaurant industries and specializes in mergers & acquisitions.  In addition, Mark's consulting experience in litigation, valuation and acquisition provides clients access to big firm expertise.   Mark holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Arizona State University and received his CPA from Arizona in 1997.  Mark is married to Ashli and is the proud father of 3 girls.  A self-confessed golf addict, Mark spends his free time with his family, at church or on the links. Rick Oliver, CPA Principal Rick holds a B.S. in Economics from South Dakota State University and an M.B.A. from the University of South Dakota.  He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1972 in the consulting division after spending two years in the U.S. Army.  Rick moved to the Phoenix area in 1978 as head of internal audit for Diamonds (now Dillards) and was subsequently named Assistant Controller of Accounting.  In 1982 Rick joined Smitty's (now Fry's) as Director of Department Store Systems and was also an assistant store manager and buyer with Smitty's. Rick started Oliver & Spencer in 1990.  He received his CPA from Minnesota in 1977 and from Arizona in 1991.  Rick specializes in S-corporation taxation and retail. Rick@oscpas.com
Christina Watson Director of Tax and Accounting Services Christina oversees our bookkeeping and tax services department.  While working at Quickbooks technical support she discovered that accounting is what she loved to do.  So in 2001 she left and began her career in accounting, obtaining a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix in 2003 and is pursuing her MBA and CPA.  When not saving the world one debit at a time, Christina likes to spend time with her husband and is a huge movie buff. Cindy Fulton Office Manager Cindy manages our Prescott office and has been with us since 1994.  Cindy is a graduate of Arizona State University and holds an MBA from University of Phoenix.  She loves almost all sports, especially baseball.  Cindy's clients range from single employee realtors to multi-million dollar manufacturing companies.  Cindy and her daughter Tayler reside in Prescott.
